My mortgage loan was serviced by service XXXX and they sold the loan. I received a letter from freedom mortgage on XX/XX/XXXX stating that they are my new mortgage servicer as of XXXX XXXX, and that I no longer make my payments to them as of XXXX XXXX. I paid my XXXX payment to XXXX Mortgage as the letter stated. XXXX XXXX is reporting my account as delinquent when they are no longer my servicer. I believe the company is doing fraud they are harassing me stating I owe them for XX/XX/XXXX and now the month of XX/XX/XXXX when my loan is no longer with that company. They will not respond to me and only states that my loan hasnt been transferred when it has and I have been paying the new company. I am very frustrated because they are harassing me for payment and reporting late payments on my credit when my loan was transferred.
