XX/XX/XXXX I tried to add some funds to my cash App account. I was unable to add funds. went to log into my account and slapped with your account is closed. no other information. Called and also typed to the AI assistant who is no help BTW. No one could tell me why my accounts were closed until 3 months later they gave another XXXX, untrue statement about my accounts. Its their server that went through my information and well with the programming issues. this company doesn't want to admit that they are wrong and were unable to fix the issue. I asked repeatedly for a supervisor to contact me. no a soul will communicate with anyone who uses their service. they say I gambled. Not sure how you gamble on Cash App? I live near casinos I used to work at them. I would like to see my account back open since its easier for my boyfriend to send funds to me while at work. I don't understand who thinks we are children but its pretty childless when I can't even get a phone call or a email explaining why. poor business and very poor customer service.
