I opened up a loan with Giggle and I reached out to them about paying off the loan early which would save me $ XXXXThey had already had a lot of hidden fees, where the loan would cost up to 40 %. I chose to pay off the loan on XX/XX/XXXX which was agreed upon. They had all of the information and the money was ready to be taken that morning. However, they chose to not withdraw the money, and well as not answer any of my correspondence. They typically answer right away. I have heard nothing at all from them, but I suspect that they will resume trying to collect the money from my account. I have chosen to close my accounts with them until they answer and give me the original deal, or they will not get another dime.
