I have several unauthorized hard inquiries on my credit report from XXXX that need to be removed. These have caused me to not be able to receive the credit that is rightfully mine and that I need to live, therefore this has caused hardship in my life. The credit is rightfully mine to receive, and having been denied MY OWN credit because of my credit score ( namely, because of the score being too low because of these hard inquiries ) is discrimination.
