XXXX XXXX I received a letter stating that I owed on a student complex called " XXXX '' APARTMENTS out of XXXX, FL saying I owed them nearly {$8000.00} for the lease agreement. I applied to their place of business they approved me and the very next day they denied me I still have all the letters. So I moved on with my life thinking that everything was fine until a year later it showed up on my credit report nobody contacted me since the last time we had spoken the year before. I have called them which is under new management now and nobody has an answer to give. Just takes down my number and say we will have someone contact you. And they never get back. I do not know what conspired I just know it is making it almost impossible to get approved for anywhere to sleep with this issue being unresolved. It is a debt that I do not owe because I didn't create it.
