In XX/XX/XXXX I filed a complaint with Mercedes Benz because I had so many problems with my XXXX XXXX C Coupe. Broken gas tank etc. car was in the shop for days and I felt l could not rely on the car. I called in XX/XX/XXXX to check on the complaint and I had to file all over again because Mercedes " Lost '' my complaint. I deferred my payment to Mercedes, later they clain they couldn't find the deferment and penalized my credit 67 points. Bottom line is that this car lease and car have been returned and satisfied to Mercedes Benz. They penalized my credit again- and I have no idea why? I did not give anyone permission to run my credit. I want Mercedes to fix this issue and remove it from my credit. Everything has been paid. I don't have they car Mercedes does.
