The company claims that payments are late, when its an automatic payment that gets drafted from my account. The money comes out on the due date, and they charge late fees anyway, claiming that the payment was unsuccessful during the initial run. It is a lie to attempt to collect more money, when theyre already overpriced and not worth the hassle as it is. If you can reach an agent at all, theyre rude and unhelpful. They operate on the assumption that people dont want to pay their bills. The money is in the account, and the company takes the money automatically, but claims its late. I have a similar loan with another company and zero issues with THAT company.
