CFPB XXXX XXXX This is in response to my first complaint and response from the company. I received a refund of {$1500.00} from the overpaid taxes. I went back to the Triad website to make a mortgage payment and they still show me owing taxes of {$300.00} and have not adjusted my account to reflect my mortgage payment. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that was on their reply and I have called her to correct this tax rate error. I have called her several times and she has yet to return my calls. Her number is XXXX ext XXXX. I went up to the XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and they walked me down to the county auditors office and he looked at my title of my mobile home and figured the taxes for 2023 from the amount I am paying on this mobile home and his figure is : with homestead {$670.00} a year, without homestead {$1300.00} a year. That means my monthly pymt for taxes would be {$56.00} a month and Triad is charging me {$300.00} a month. My mobile home has not been assessed yet, so I don't know where they are getting this tax rate from, but I don't live in California. I have a single wide mobile home. I am not going to pay these taxes and they are not going to adjust anything until they get something from XXXX XXXX.
