On XXXX XXXX XXXX I went online to make my mortgage payment. The amount due was {$2100.00}. The next day I looked online and saw that the payment had posted. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a check from the company for the same amount I had paid. I called the company and was told that I had made a double payment so they were sending me the money back. I asked them if they were sure and I could cash this check. I was told that I could cash the check. On XX/XX/XXXX I went back online and noticed that the payment had been reversed, showing me as not making my payment. I called them and explained what had happend and what they did and they said I would have to make the payment again. Even though this is their fault I am having to pay for it. I called and spoke with a team lead by the name of XXXX and was told that I just needed to continue making my payments and not worry about being behind. I also called and spoke with someone in financial assistance about being a month behind and could they put the payment at the end of the loan. I was told that they could not do that because I was not 4 months in arrears and that being a XXXX this would look bad for me. I told them I was concerned about being a month behind and being charged late fees. I was told not to worry about it and to keep up with the late fees if I can. I went online to make my next payment at the end of XXXX and a few days later I noticed that the payment was showing as reversed. I called the company again and was told they would not apply the payment until they receive all of the money. Their mistake is causing me to be a month behind which I am not. I make my payments on time every month and I care about my credit. This will eventually affect my credit. I believe this is their mistake and I should not have to pay for their mistake. I would like to have this resolved by them bringing my account up to date. I am attaching copies of the payment history which shows what they have done with my payments.
