I just got my credit report on XX/XX/2024, and noticed some accounts on my credit report that are incomplete and inaccurate which is a violation of 15 USC 1681e ( b ). They also violated 15 USC 1681s-2 ( a ) & ( b ), 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ) ( A ) ( i ) & ( ii ). At this point I believe they are doing this on purpose. According to 15 USC 1681e ( b ) Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates.
