I have notified XXXX, Transunion XXXX XXXX MULTIPLE times stating that this is NOT MY ACCOUNT and it still remains on my credit report. I have submitted a complaint to CFPB, FTC & my state attorney general. I have attached those complaints here. In addition, CFPB filed a lawsuit against XXXX proving their deceptive business practices. I have attached that lawsuit here. I too am a victim of these deceptive business practices and fraudulent accounts not being removed from my credit report. Please remove ASAP. Transunion and XXXX are in VIOLATION of 15 U.S. Code S 1681c-2. " A consumer reporting agency shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identify theft, no later than 4 business days after the date of receipt. '' It has been MORE THAN 30 days and you are in VIOLATION of this law because I am a victim of identify theft. Please delete these items IMMEDIATELY. XXXX has already removed this account from my report as they know it is not mine. Please remove ASAP.
