The company threatened to sue me and garnish my income if I should ever stop paying my allotted monthly amount in a payment plan that I agreed upon with the company in spite of my complaints to the company about my unemployment, low income from XXXX, and credit score too low for me to secure a loan. In addition, the company described to me in writing such a payment plan as a settlement in spite of the fact that the plan involves my payment of the entire debt, not just a portion of the debt. From my online research, however, settlements lower credit scores. Furthermore, contrary to such agreement between the company and me, the company, according to my bank statements, has been canceling my online payments to the company for XXXX consecutive months now, including yesterday, XX/XX/2024.
