On XX/XX/XXXX i processed XXXX transactions via square utilizing vanilla Visa prepaid gift cards purchased by myself in the amounts of {$9.00} {$45.00} and {$150.00} I have had my square account open and in good standing since XXXX square then placed processing on a hold and required me to verify my identity again which I did numerous times square then refused verification and without causation authorization or violation of squares terms and conditions deactivated my account on XX/XX/XXXX I received an email from square indicating that the funds being held would be released no more than XXXX business days after XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX my square account reflected that the funds were XXXX available for transfer and XXXX pending transfer however the transfer process was still under suspension I contacted square customer service once again and they indicated to me that although they could see the email that they sent to me the time frame that they provided me had been met and received the situation needed to be escalated to a team to review that my account was indeed deactivated which it is and was as of the XXXX of XXXX of XXXX and that it was in fact XXXX business days after XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX which today is XX/XX/XXXX indicating exactly XXXX business days after the first of XX/XX/XXXX therefore taking another full business day before they could review the process and determine if my funds can be released they are holding my funds illegally and without cause there has been no fraudulent activity or elicit processes I have met all the requirements and requests the fact that they need to review and read an email to verify what they could already see on the account is asinine and uncalled for and affecting my business 's bottom line when I requested to escalate the matter they advised me I needed to wait and that my call was unproductive and they disconnected the call their customer service is XXXX at best they have provided no resolution they are holding my funds without cause or merit and are doing nothing to adhere to the time frame in which they themselves set I want my funds released as indicated in the email from square within the allotted time frame there is no reason for another XXXX or more period to pass to review what is already plainly on the account in addition to I want any and all processing fees removed and or reimbursed in addition I am requesting compensation for time lost in managing this situation and trying to gain resolution without succession
