I have bought a {$100.00} Debit visa ( OneVanila ) card # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX expires XX/XX/24 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, it was useless. Contacted customer service a lot of times, thay Asked for my personal identity which I gave them. After several emails in more than one year, they approved ( photo attached ). By following up more than a year, they send a new card XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX To my Friend Address in USA according to their request which I had to give them. The new CARD is USLEES!!?. My Complains are : They have my identity info, and I am very worried. They have vested my time I want my money {$100.00} back I want Gov. punish them
