In the month of XX/XX/2023 I made a lump sum payment to the company US Auto Sales, This was after I had to put {$4200.00} into repairs on the vehicle that they wouldnt fix, nor reimburse the monies, The first week of XXXX the vehicle was repossessed by the company, no notices or attempts.the end of XXXX I received an letter stating that the vehicle would or was stole at auction. The First week of XXXX I was harassed by Westlake financial services stating that I owed them {$18000.00} plus dollars this after making payments on the vehicle for almost XXXX years with US Auto Sales, I informed the representative that I didnt have possession of that vehicle since XXXX. They stated that they were the new account owners and that I still owe. Now both lenders are on my credit and both is refusing to remove the negative balance
