A CHIME account was opened without my knowledge ( but I got notices in my email ). It used outdated address information. As it used my current email, CHIME told me to change my password, download app, and use that to close account. I did, but the app had no such function. They then attempted to extract all my current personal info from me. I refused and they claimed that the account was now closed. Very shady experience.
