Someone purchased approx XXXX dollars worth of stuff online to multiple XXXX companies. I disputed the charges with Wells Fargo when I noticed I was missing a deposit of XXXX dollars that was supposed be deposited into my account XX/XX/2023, which it was but someone used my card multiple times and took XXXX from my account. I filed a police report as they requested but I'm still waiting on the police department to finalize/process it so I can send it to Wells Fargo XXXX Wells Fargo information informed me in a message saying they believe the charges are correct and will not give me my funds back, which makes no sense considering not once have I ever purchased or tried to purchase anything from a international company nor any kind of lottery they are saying the money went to. This can be verified by looking at my account and also XXXX XXXX i was staying at informed me XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX in XXXX had been terminated for theft of credit card numbers when I made a comment about someone stealing my money.
