Funds were withheld from my account without my authorization. I received a check but this did not begin to covered my reimbursement so I faxed a mediation request form on XX/XX/23 tracking number XXXX with confirmation of receipt. I was told by Wells Fargo that a case rep would be in touch within a week. I have heard nothing from a case representative and Wells Fargo is dragging their feet on reimbursement of funds they illegally withheld from me. I am a retired XXXX XXXX with XXXX and need your help to get this process started
