My extended family was had rented a vacation house for this summer and I charged the first half on my Wells Fargo card. Several family members have been diagnosed with health problems and are unable to go. So we canceled the trip and the rental company refunded the $ XXXX payment that we made with the card. Now I have a - {$7800.00} credit balance. I want a refund obviously. They tell me that it will take a month to issue a refund check. Its a check. It shouldnt take a month to issue a simple credit balance refund. Meanwhile, we owe several people their share of the down payment and I cant give it to them because Wells Fargo says it takes them a month to issue a check.
