on XXXX XXXX XXXX i sent some letters to Equifax about the method of verification of the way the conduct their investigations, about the procedure that Equifax uses, looks like Equifax is either not really investigating anything or they just like to stall tactic method on Federally protected consumers like me and not provide real documentation to back up any claim that an item was actually verified according to the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA section 611 ). I would like your help in this matter. I feel as though Equifax does not care about breaking federal rules. CFPB please help me..
