Consumer Narrative

I borrowed a loan of {$10000.00} from my bank. Sent {$11000.00} to the account on Gemini on XX/XX/XXXX from my chase bank account. I was promised by XXXX that the funds would be released soon. However to this day the same has not happened. I have called them 42 times and spent hours from my end to resolve the issue. I have also contacted them thru " email. Every time it's one thing or another. Asking for endless details without any resolution. I was disillusioned and converted the XXXX back to US Dollars and got it transferred back to my bank account. However, I got only {$10000.00}, a loss of {$780.00} without achieving anything. They are really playing with our money with no intention of allowing any transfers. In the meantime however, they are making money duping customers. {$800.00} is hard earned money and it's not their right to cheat. Emails have not been answered. When called customer service, they say they can not report the issue and we have to send email to support. When I did that, they took long time and replied back to send a new request. Sent a new request and few days went by nothing happened. Then I threatened to contact CFPB and they replied back asking me 8 questions. I replied back the same day. Now today I have received another email asking for more information and they will follow up!!!. This is after I have already withdrawn the money. Shows that they have no intention on helping at all. The replies are a eye wash to cover themselves to show they were working when they had no intention to resolve anything at all. In the mean time the customer support number ( XXXX ) XXXX stopped working. The new number that provided me was a magicjack number ( XXXX ) XXXX. This also doesn't work always. When it worked, they wanted access to my computer to fix the issue!!!. I am not willing to provide that access to my computer and have them steal my info and money. That's when I decided to try to get money back. It worked however a loss of time and money and missed crucial investment opportunity. Close to {$800.00} in cash lost, paying interest to the bank in the mean time. Lost opportunity to invest. This particular opportunity would have netted me a minimum of {$7000.00}. All in all my losses amount to {$7800.00} + Bank interest.
