On XX/XX/2023, file a dispute with LexisNexis regarding a XXXX XXXX bankruptcy that was sent to XXXX, XXXX and XXXX I was informed by LexisNexis that the bankruptcy was validated from the bankruptcy court & Clerk .I went in person to the bankruptcy court and spoke to the clerk in case # XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX I was informed by the clerk Please see Letter stating that the bankruptcy dose not report or verify the accuracy of the court records LexisNexis is in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 U.S.C. 1681 ( 4 ) the right to Privacy The FCRA state in 15 U.S.C.1601 states there is a needs to insure that the consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibility and respect for the consumer 's right to privacy!!! LexisNexis is a corporation that does not follow the law. also, LexisNexis along with XXXX are in violation. of 15 U.S.C 1681 B- ( 2 ) in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates meaning me ( XXXX XXXX XXXX also 15 U.S.C 1681 N & 15 U.S.C.1681 O.
