On XXXX I made a purchase using a credit card but no other personally identifiable information was provided. The next day I received an email coupon sent on behalf of the merchant by Square ( a business unit within Block , Inc. ). I have requested information on the information held by the company on me ( in line with their privacy collection practices ). A similar incident occured ( with a different merchant ) on/about XX/XX/XXXX, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. In total, I have emailed the company 's privacy team three times and sent a letter to the chief legal officer.
