Based on credit reports from all the agencies, I have a credit account from XXXX, which keeps appearing on my credit reports and has negative impact on my credit. But I have never opened a credit account with XXXX and had no idea about that account. I tried to dispute with TransUnion, but nothing really changed ( except now that the status of the account is open ), I am not sure what else I need to do to correct this information.
