I have been trying to pay off my student loans, but my loan servicer, EdFinancial Services, has reversed almost all of my payments without notifying me, to the point that I have missed a minimum payment and I am receiving interest on loans that should have already been paid off multiple times over. From XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, I have attempted to resolve this problem through seven phone calls with EdFinancial Services ( XXXX ). Their representatives have been unable to resolve this issue but have confirmed that there are notes on my profile regarding this issue from previous calls and that other individuals are having similar issues with payment reversal.
