Hello I'm reaching out today because it has come to my attention 2 educational student loan accounts are currently reporting on my consumer report that myself or my parents did not authorize or review before funds were released on my behalf. This is a direct violation of 20 USC 1232g ( b ) under the Family educational rights and privacy act because my parents were not allowed to review the private education records before deciding if they wanted the information to be released to the public. I'm requesting both these accounts be deleted immediately as this is fraud under 12 CFR 1022.3 since experian, XXXX and XXXX do not have authority to report these vital records.
