It has come to my attention that XXXX XXXX XXXX has reported a charged off account on my consumer report that I did not give written or authorized permission for them to report. This is illegal under 15 USC 1681 b as written consent is required to post any and all transactions to my consumer report. I'm requesting this account be removed immediately as I do not consent to the reporting of this account and continuing to do so will be construed as fraud under 12 CFR 1022.3 as this is improper use of my consumer report.
