On XX/XX/2023, I received LexisNexis consumer report via mail after requesting it online. To my dismay, LexisNexis is reporting many dishonest and incorrect information on my consumer report. They are in direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 U.S.C. 1681. I am in fact a victim of the XXXX data breach which was beyond my control ; attached you will find tangible proof of this, a signed and notarized Affidavit of Identity Theft which affirms that what I am disputing is true and accurate, and a FTC report notifying them of LexisNexis fraudulent reporting of my personal information.
