I dont have the dates and amounts because wisely has blocked my online access to my account after I reported fraudulent activity. They finally sent me a new card and went over transactions on the phone that i disputed totalling over {$3000.00} Then required id verification which I submitted my id, social security card, marriage license and still they say my id is not verified because my name is under my prior married last name which my account was previously under and my direct deposits that come to that account are under that name. My wisely accounts under my new married name which they changed with the same documents they are denying now. I cant view charges after my phone was missing then returned to me. Someone had taken money out via cash app since my logins were saved. Wisely told me Id take 90! fays to resolve but has not contacted XXXX XXXX or anyone and denied the dispute. In XXXX I lost my card traveling and called wisely right away when I noticed a charge come through. They denied the disputed charge. My card was used online to book a hotel and wisely denied the dispute. None of which they investigated at all but find nothing wrong with the charges. They refuse to give me online access or mail me documents regarding my account.
