The last notice sent to Experian dated XXXX was very clear and very conspicuous in regards to what was being requested under federal law. Federal law expresses that EXPERIAN must have written consent from the consumer to furnish information to their credit report/profile. To date, EXPERIAN has never received such written consent from me, the consumer.
