On XX/XX/ i applied for a credit card with Upgrade and was denied. My understanding is that i cant be denied credit if 1. i qualify for it for which i the implied surety for the principal debtor does for my estate is backed by the full faith and credit of the United States and 2. its a violation to promote/advertise after denial for a loan with less favorable terms. I sent a credit adverse notice expressing trust and equitable subrogation which was sent and received through certified mail which was received on XXXX XXXX XXXX I then received an email saying sorry they couldn't be of any assistance and invited me to try Upgrades Credit XXXX which i can only assume is to sell or have more access to my data which is considered an asset. I never received notice as to the legal reasons i was denied, they are operating under the assumption that credit reporting agencies have accurate information and was obtained legally and through good faith which is not true.
