Consumer Narrative
I was contacted by Aldous and Associates about a debt that I needed to pay within the XXXX day period so I wont get it put on collections. I paid within the XXXX day window and they still put it in collections. I have asked multiple times to talk to a supervisor and they all lie every time and say that they are in a meeting. I was lied to by them and they still put my charge on collections even though I paid in full and it has negatively impacted my score for almost XXXX years now
