Ally financial services has been attempting to collect a debt in the amount of XXXX for aprx XXXX years now. I have requested validation of the debt and have requested to speak with a supervisor on multiple occasions both verbally and in writing. After charging off the debt Ally financial is still attempting to collect the debt while stating there is a XXXX dollar balance. This vehicle was traded into an automotive dealer and is not subject to a disposition fee because Ally Financial never completed services rendered to collect on the alleged debt. They are also attempting to collect a higher amount than the contractual amount stated.
