In XXXX, I moved to XXXX. I went to the XXXX promptly to get a license and register my car. In XXXX, they need to hold the title for financed vehicles before they will register your car, and they submitted a request for the duplicate title to Audi Financial Services at that time. When I returned to the XXXX in XXXX, Audi Financial Services had not sent this title, so I contacted them directly to prompt them to do so. They told me they would do that. I have been to the XXXX four times so far since XX/XX/, and Audi Financial Services still has not honored this request. I have contacted them at least two more times, being given different excuses each time. XXXX has submitted another request for title on my behalf and I sent a copy of that same request via XXXX to Audi Financial Services in early XXXX ; I have received no notification from Audi or the state of XXXX that the title has been received by the state of XXXX. At one point, Audi Financial told me that the state of XXXX- the state I moved to XXXX from - was in possession of the duplicate title ; I called the state of XXXX DMV promptly following this call and was told that they had returned it to Audi Financial Services. Another time that I called, Audi told me that their title services were " down indefinitely ''. I can not refinance my car, register my car, or get new car insurance because of Audi 's delays. I also have to return to the XXXXXXXX XXXX regularly to get temporary 30-day registrations. This is absurb and I am tired of being lied to. I faithfully make my payments on time and have since I purchased this car ; and this is a service that Audi Financial should promptly provide. I won't ever buy another VW or Audi again after this experience.
