Attaching receipts of the travel booking made for airfare and cruise where the company XXXX provided us with an unsanitary room and non functioning shower/bathroom, pictures attached. They offered a partial refund for {$1500.00} and never gave it. Reached out to Amex for full refund for {$3000.00}. Claim was not fully investigated and closed without fair review. The entire ship was fully booked and they were unable to accommodate us into another room until the end of the trip.
