Consumer Narrative
I have been garnished by Resurgence Law Group due to an unpaid student loan debt from 2009. For years, I struggled with unemployment which caused me to not be able to pay the debt. Now, that I have gainful employment they have been changing the " finish line '' for my payment. Every time I call, they keep adding more than just interest to the payments. They stopped wage garnishments for XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX and then resumed the garnishments on XX/XX/XXXX.
