XXXX attempted to open a money market account with VioBank but each time the application was rejected. Vio Bank representative claimed they followed the consumer information given them by XXXX. We contacted XXXX and obtained their report which had no adverse information other than my attempt to open an account with Vio Bank. We provided that information to Vio bank and asked them why they decline her deposit account. They declined to provide any information for the adverse decision and again claimed it was the non-existent information from XXXX. I have paid off my mortgage and pay my credit cards on time. The only reason left for denying me must be my age of XXXX years.
