I spoke to XXXX XXXX at Statebridge company LLC who was my account representative and two other people who stated that we were in a repayment plan so it should not have been negatively reported on our credit scores. It was stated multiple times by three different people that the negative marks should have been removed from our credit scores for the time we were on the plan. Our account was paid in full in XX/XX/XXXX. I feel they mis represented the information that was told to us. I was told no one worked in the credit reporting department and we could not speak to anyone else. I would just like to have negative remarks removed from our credit reports for the months of XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. I am not asking for all marks to be removed, just for the time they stated we should not have marks on our credit reports.
