After reviewing my credit report, I noticed I have XXXX late payments being reported by XXXX XXXX XXXX I called and they were unwilling to reverse the late payments although I have excellent payment history, and this was an oversight on their part. This is not how a customer with my history should be treated, I notice the late payment was reported in XX/XX/2022 and XXXX XXXX. Please note I have excellent payment history with is company and has never been late. From my history of never being late, this is an oversight on behalf of the client. Please note this report is a violation of my consumer rights. Please understand as a consumer my rights were violated by the reporting of these late payments. I would like these late payments to be removed and cleared from my credit profile. 15 U.S. Code 1666b - Timing of payments ( a ) Time to Make Payments A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose, unless the creditor has adopted reasonable procedures designed to ensure that each periodic statement including the information required by section 1637 ( b ) of this title is mailed or delivered to the consumer not later than 21 days before the payment due date.
