Reached out to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/23 and spoke with XXXX who advised he can not provide any documentation due to the balance being in collection. the property advised I can reach out directly to collections get this information but when I reached out rent Recovery advised that they only have documentation that was sent over from the property which Advises Im being billed a reletting fee and XXXX months of accelerated rent but does not specify for what month of accelerated rent I am being charged for neither when the unit was occupied to verify I am being billed CORRECTLY. The collections isnt able to verify as the property will not provide the information to them however they are still billing for a balance they seem to NOT be able to verify as accurate. The property is choosing NOT to assist. This is my second complaint regarding this company as the first issue was fraudulently reported as I can call and get documentation but when I called they advised they can not provide when the property was occupied neither what months Im being billed for.
