I applied for a Kohls card in store in XXXX of 2023. I called customer service explaining the address was wrong that they use, which to that they said no problem let me change the address and send a new card. I waited for the card and nothing came. I called again to request they send out a card and still I have no received a card, just emails of the balance owned.
