- On XX/XX/23 {$700.00} was taken out of my acct without my knowing - on XX/XX/23 found out that {$700.00} was missing from my checking acct, putting my acct into a deficit - On XX/XX/23 i contacted vystar customer service to inquire about the missing funds- On XX/XX/23 I was informed an investigation would be made - On XX/XX/23 I met with a supervisor at the XXXX XXXX XXXX florida branch and the following statements were made by vystar : - my claim was denied - and was informed that I will not be receiving my funds back - no specific reason was provided except that " XXXX is very complicated '' I feel that Vystar has a responsibility in having an effective process that allows me to indicate on every transaction whether or not I authorize the transaction. In this case, there was clearly a breakdown of process and I should be fully reimbursed or be given a full breakdown of their investigative process. Thank you for your assistance.
