I ran my credit report on Annual credit report for all 3 company 's and discovered Identity Theft occurred. I was not able to download my Experian and XXXX report b/c of technique issues I was having. I found I have an unauthorized account that was recently charged off to collections named XXXX XXXX opened on XX/XX/2022 and charged off and sent to collections for the amount of {$3700.00}. ( see attachments ) I was only able to down load the XXXX Report but it does not show the loan from account services. I need to do a credit freeze, and dispute the loan that is on my credit report. I also need my full credit report from all 3 companies b/c they are all showing different things. I am a victim of Identity theft and need to resolve this asap but I am unable to do anything b/c I can not speak to a real live person and I am locked for not having the correct information when requesting it from the other 2 major credit agencies.
