On XX/XX/2023 I was contacted by Crawley and Bergmann LLC with harassing calls about a debt I told them I wouldn't talk to them anymore and had to send it to me in writing they sent me a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX and I immediately replied to them asking for validation of the debt a copy of the signature and payment history to date I never received anything from them. On XX/XX/XXXX of 2023 I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Acknowledging a receipt of my letter disputing the account and requesting additional information, I responded to them on XX/XX/XXXX requesting the same information the original purchase agreement payment history and the application with the wet signature to date I never received anything from them. Approximately XX/XX/XXXX of 2023 they filed a negative collection on my credit report which I disputed XXXX times and they validated it XXXX times. On XX/XX/2023 I received a carbon copy of the XX/XX/XXXX letter stating that they were in receipt of my request for verification pursuant to XXXX XXXX XXXX g of the fair debt collection practice act however they still did not provide any documentation but only a summary of the debt. On XX/XX/2023 I received a letter from the law firm XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX claiming they were collecting for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX by filing a lawsuit in XXXX XXXX Colorado I immediately contacted the firm disputed the account and within 30 days they sent me validation of the debt but not the wet application they also upon my request filed a motion to administratively close the lawsuit. I've made multiple attempts to settle and have gotten nowhere to this point excet for the violations of my rights number one with them filing the information back in early XXXX or late XXXX on my credit report which has been injurious to my credit history and filing a lawsuit without the validation neither Cawley & Bergmann LLC, Paradigm or XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX filed an answer within a reasonable. Time without taking further action and violation of my rights I further learned that paradigm asset recovery did not renew their collection license in Colorado which expired in XXXX of 2023 yet they continued and filed a lawsuit on XX/XX/XXXX through their attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I followed all the procedures of the fare credit reporting act and disputing the account and asking for validation and expecting an answer within 30 days which was never received I disputed the errors on the credit report and they were validated by a collection agency that's no longer licensed in my state they filed a lawsuit on a disputed account without providing the validation even though they later made a motion to administratively closed still violating my rights. And in addition I've been irreparably harmed by credit decisions from other creditors in reducing, closing or modifying credit terms because of the disputed account on the credit report which wasn't validated until late XXXX.
