Originally this was with XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I during XXXX I lost my XXXX. I needed additional funds for his funeral. I took this {$2000.00} line of credit without anticipating that I would lose my job a month later they charged off my account to and NCB management, which now claims that I owe {$3500.00} the balance is now {$3200.00}. They added an additionally {$1500.00} to a XXXX XXXX. I I have disputed this with all three credit bureaus, and every time they tell me, the information is accurate despite me requesting proof not only from the debt collector, but from the credit bureaus as well, because if they deem this amount as accurate I want to see the proof the third seeing. This is a charge off account that is still showing as an open account and has prevented me from qualifying for any housing or credit for the last two years because my DTI is reflecting that I make payments of XXXX a month, which is more than my monthly salary, and this debt collection company has ruined my life. They have harassed me, contacted my family members that dont even live in this state and have had people contact me off of different numbers, asking me to verify my address so they can bring me a subpoena for not making payments, despite my attempts at communicating with him that I want proof of this balance that I owe. I apologize for the length. But this one that collection agency is ruining my life and I made a mistake at XXXX XXXX XXXX, but it is not fair for them to do this to people.
