On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX I contacted westlake financial about my late payment on my car loan. I had circumstances that made it impossible for me to make this payment on time. I explained what this was and Told them I could make the payment on the XXXX, which would be 24 days late as it was due on the XXXX. They agreed to this and set up a payment for the XXXX the XXXX I was contacted by the dealership I bought the car from saying that the bank defaulted on my loan and they were repoing my car. My car was returned that day. on the XXXX XXXX XXXX processed the Payment!!!. So I got ahold of them and they did nothing to resolve this. It is evil what they did to me. That XXXX XXXX was all the money I had in the world. And the truck I bought with my livelihood and they took them both. After professing that they understood my circumstances and set a date for me to make it right so that I didn ; t lose either. Isn't a verbal agreement binding in a case like this? I lost my job because I couldn't make it to work after this happened.This was wrong. So unethical. And terrible business.
