Perhaps I should reclarify. With the poorly received " updates '' ( no changes at all but the balance? yet a continuation if the listed violations... ) I have received from Experians investigation Dispute Center from usa.experian.com. With XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. From my original complaint I have opened on XX/XX/XXXX regarding XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX furnish my Information without my given consent to the Credit Reporting Agency ( Experian ). Experian and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX are in violation. As Experian is going against my consent with reporting these inaccuracies on my credit report. While XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( and Credit Reporting Agency ) are in violation with the Privacy Act of 1974 giving my information WITHOUT my knowledge our given consent as I describe in detail below. From the Fair Credit Report Act itself specifically 15 USC 1681 section 602 states. " There is a need to ensure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibility with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumer 's right to privacy '' this response itself is completely against my fairness and needs of my right to privacy. As the consumer it is my absolute right that my private information is NOT shared. 15 USC 6801 " It is policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers. ' nonpublic personal information. '' 15 USC 1681 section 04 a section 2 further explaining " in general Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. The Financial institution and Credit Reporting Agency, Experian are in complete violation without my given CONSENT. For one, where was the written instruction or consent iv provided to you ( Experian ) in marking my account with derogatory remarks from my inaccurate payment history? Written or non-written consent was NOT given at all to Furnish this information whatsoever. 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ) " A financial institution may not disclose nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third partyunless the consumer is given an explanation of how the consumer can exercise that nondisclosure option. '' The credit reporting agency Experian as well as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was not given ANY permission by me or gave me my nondisclosure option of having them give you my information ( Credit Reporting Agency Experian ) to be marked on my credit report in the first place. Once again completely against the Privacy Act of 1974 " ( b ) Conditions of Disclosure.No agency shall disclose any record which is contained in a system of records by any means of communication to any person, or to another agency, except pursuant to a written request by, or with the prior written consent of, the individual to whom the record pertains '' As i've Previously filed a complaint on XXXX and XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX on CFPB for this exact reason. WITH complete compliance and confession of the listed inaccuracies from these two Credit Reporting Agencies. XXXX and XXXX had an accumulation of violations without my knowledge OR consent after I had filed this CFPB complaint and they had complied and conceded their MULTIPLE Violations ( Credit Reporting Agency XXXX and XXXX + XXXX XXXX XXXX ). As well as with the Furnisher of Information to credit agencies XXXX XXXX XXXX. As this is complete proof of claim of these XXXX Credit Reporting Agencies in violation, so what would make Experian and different with the listed violations iv found now? The Dates, Amount payments, and Derogatory remarks iv attached on this complaint from XXXX, XXXX as well as Experian regarding the open account on my car loan account from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX are all in contradiction with each other and falling under inaccurate reporting of 15 USC 1681 ( 1 ) The banking system is dependent upon fair and accurate credit reporting. Inaccurate credit reports directly impair the efficiency of the banking system, and unfair credit reporting methods undermine the public confidence which is essential to the continued functioning of the banking system. On the contrary it is both the ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as well as the Credit Reporting Agency Experian in this complaint that are in all violations i have mentioned above. In conclusion I am reopening this case for the proper correction of these REPEATED CONTINUED violations. From both the ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as well as Experian. To be dealt with as I've mentioned in my Fair resolution to this issue text box. I Expect to have my final response and resolution to this issue in less than XXXX days if possible as my original response from Experian and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was done horribly ... Do better and fix this immediately.
