Recently I looked over a copy of my consumer report in which I've noticed several accounts reporting that have no knowledge of. The account and information motion listed in my dispute letter either doesn't belong to me or is inaccurate information. I asked TransUnion to investigate these accounts to insure that everything is accurate in which they aren't. The creditors listed in my dispute letter have no permission to purchase my personal information nor did they have the consent from me to report anything. I am aware that I have a right to privacy in which that right was violated. How can I owe a debt to these creditors if there is no actual agreements between us? In order for any account to be reported on my consumer report they must have my consent. I understand that it is TransUnion job to thoroughly investigate these accounts and do what's fair and equitable for me. These negative accounts are impairing my ability to obtain the essential necessities that I need for the daily living.
