After reviewing my credit report, I noticed I have 4 late payments being reported by XXXX XXXX XXXX I notice the late payment was reported in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Please note I have excellent payment history with is copy and has never been late. From my history of never being late, this is an oversight on behalf of the client. Please note this report is a violation of my consumer rights. These late payments were reported during COVID 19, there was no grace given due to a pandemic happening. Please understand as a consumer my rights were violated by the reporting of these late payments. I would like these late payments to be removed and cleared from my credit profile. 15 U.S. Code 1666b - Timing of payments ( a ) Time to Make Payments A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose, unless the creditor has adopted reasonable procedures designed to ensure that each periodic statement including the information required by section 1637 ( b ) of this title is mailed or delivered to the consumer not later than 21 days before the payment due date.
