Since yesterday, XX/XX/XXXX I have requested my phone number to be updated so I can access my account by via credit karma chat. Customer service has requested that I send my required identification : id also ss card by email link given. These documents were uploaded and sent. I have communicated numerous of times throughout the day yesterday and this morning XX/XX/XXXX on the issue. I was given a link to follow so that I could add a phone number. I was not able to do so ; however Credit karma was able to delete my phone number but not add one. Upon my request to speak with someone over the phone about this issue I was told there is nothing they can do. My response was even if I provided verification of my identity and willing to supply the proper documentation once again. So therefore over the phone and through via email I could not get the help to access my account where I receive my funds. I receive payment from my job by direct deposit through this company into my account bi weekly. Because of this I am not able to get gas for work, personal needs, feed my family, pay rent due because I cant get to my money.
